Rauschenberg Wanna Be!

it takes something like a flower or perfect scene to stop you in your tracks and just be happy you are alive. I'm alive so i should BE alive!

ooooooo PRETTY COLORS!!!
Critique:
I may not be a collage master, be able to blend color and texture or maybe even use a camera, but i can use my hands. What makes my art really work is the ability to use multiple levels of design. I am not really into the whole digital concept, just the ability to make what i see in my minds eye come to life by means of pastels, paint and creative concept.
My work is not great, in fact far from it. The human ego has been over time the greatest downfall; so for me to say that my work is perfect or even great would be to deny myself the absolute truth. I do believe my collageis good, and collects the proper concept for the project; there is so much more i could have done that i didn’t think of. In example i could have used more paint or even digitally enhanced the hues to make lesser seen objects more of a central focus. None-the-less the work is still visually pleasing.
The color scheme is well rounded and brings out the darker hues in the work, I’ve been calling my colage: “Breath.” It is an effective way to show the world that there is only now, the time we take to just get a coffee or even drive to school/ work takes away from our ability to appreciate our surroundings. How can one know what they are missing until they are too far into a black hole? You never know; tomorrow could be the last day i see.
Lines are an effective way to bring a point across, the right balance between sharp and curved draw intrigue from the audience. A pointed line is more exact and thus more likely to draw a conclusion faster than a rounded edge may. There is balance in color, texture and line. Nothing in the world is exact, for me to make it so on paper would be unjust to nature. My work was effective, one could easily draw a conclusion from it.
